Techniques
We use professional knowledge alongside software and an associated mobile app to provide you with exercise recommendations that are personal to your needs and wants. The mobile app provides exercise descriptions, photos and videos to help you remember what we cover with you in consultation. Good technique on a few reps is more important than a bunch of repetitions with bad form. We help you to understand the exercises and to be sure they suit you so that you are prepared to practice independently.
We are there for you with a confidence-boosting, non-confrontational professional manner. Book your intial consult, whether it's for a one off appointment to review your existing workout and technique, or for an ongoing series of appointments to help you get fitter, gain resilience and be your best.
